I was torn between that homage to Pink Floyd or “We don’t need no stinkin’ estate agent badges.”

It was a tough call, I hope you think it was the right choice.

Anyway it turns out, in Monetier at least, people don’t have to use an estate agents’ to flog their house, there are two houses for sale in the village that aern’t to be found in any shop window, these two now bring to three that people just assume a tiny little “pour vendre” sign in the window works.

Thing is they’re probably right. This is the most expensive village in Serre Chevalier, so demand is there and it means the buyer saves the up to 10% charged by an agent.

Despite all that I’m sick of living here, so I can add a fourth apartment, if you want it it’s a duplex, three bed, three bath in the heart of the village. If you feel like it, it’s your for Eur600k.
