Well we were all like – dude there’s no strike here, chillax amigos, we got some brewskis and gasoille.
But no, we were very much mistaken – the greve is hitting Serre Chevalier and all is not nickel-chrome.
The sleeper train to Paris has been cut, meaning to do that journey one must find a TGV, which means either Grenoble or Oulx just over the border in Italy.
Fortunately it’s not me that’s getting out of the valley at the worst time of the year – what am I saying?
The pension thing has just been passed by the government, so this means probably more action.
