06am to 7am : Last registrations (if numbers available)
08.15am : Meeting for competitors with briefing (compulsory equipment check)
08.30am : Departure of the race (runners and walkers)
10.30am : Arrival of first competitors
12am : Opening of lunch
2pm : Prize giving ceremony
During the day : stands with home made products,
