Serre Chevalier Exhaust Suppliers

I was trying to get a ‘back box’ for my 1996 Vauxhall Astra the other day. I took it to ‘Massa’, who were called ‘Point S’ a few months ago.

The car is a UK registered car that I bought off my father in law for £150 a few years ago, it’s been going fine apart from the usual wear and tear. The usual wear and tear in the alps also involves getting your car tw*tt*d by a snowplough whilst being innocently parked overnight, but that is another story.

Anyway, I’d taken it in to have the snow tyres changed a few weeks ago and asked about getting the exhaust sorted, so booked it in for last week for just that.

They kept it for 2 days before they said they couldn’t get the parts, because it was a UK car. I’d put money on the french Opel Astra 1.6 GLS being made in Luton, just the same as my Vauxhall Astra 1.6 GLS. What do you think?
