This is the Isle de Roses Service Station next to the péage at Grenoble. It would have been nice to feed the kids before heading up into the mountains but no, no food until 7pm. The best we were offered was a ‘PastaBox’ from the fridge which we could then microwave.
Instead we bought a sandwich and some bread with a little box of Vache qui Rit. 10.60€! The appeal of this 3rd World Country is wearing a bit thin. Quaint and quirky is ok, but couple it with bloody expensive and it just gets annoying.
To top it all the guy behind the jump was just horrible to the Missus. Highly not recommended.
