Not so much to do with Serre Chevalier today – that southern French alpine gem of a destination for winter sports enthusiasts, attracted by the 250km of groomed pistes, countless off-piste opportunities and some (not really) 300 days of sunshine per annum.
That discharged, I was in that Aldi super-market the other day and I saw these dog biscuit things for sale, so I took a picture of them.
It’s funny because “crack” is also a term for free-base cocaine, but without the flammable ether wash. So it would look like you’d be giving your dog drugs, when you’re not.
I like Aldi, no fripperies, no frills, very few shelves just open palates of non-brand stuff – and the speed of the check out, like it’s been shot out of a goose – all at low, low prices. For the brand stuff you don’t have much choice but to go to the over-priced Geant or slightly less expensive Carrefour.
Talking of drugs, here is a clip of Tyronne Biggims explaining why you should stay away from the pipe o’ doom.
