France’s air traffic controllers are having a strike, so there will be flight dealys or cancellations to French airports.
Now it gets a bit confussed as to how long this “greve” will be on for, I have read that it was a 32 hour strike on USA Today, but the French radio this morning said 4 days.
Just checked that it seems 23-27th Feb is the duration.
This obvioiusly affects Serre Chevalier if you’re coming in to Grenoble, yet another reason why the smart skier flies into Turin.
Me, being an idiot am flying to the UK this week and knowing how crap the French are about this kind of thing did the smart thing and booked via Grenoble. So this morning I had to buy a new ticket on Ryan Air via Turin.
Do as I say not as I doo.
