At long last Meteo France now have an iPhone app and amazingly enough it works!
For a while they were doing a mobile version of meteo.fr but it wasn’t very good and most of the links in it were broken.
The iPhone app is OK but they kinda missed the point a bit; the whole point of an app is that you can use the features of the phone such as GPS and camera to improve the app experience.
It surely wouldn’t have taken a great deal of programming to be able to use your current location to get the weather.
Anyway for somebody living in Serre Chevalier it does give a more accurate weather forecast than the built in Yahoo app that comes with the iPhone.
