It’s a deal, it’s a steal

It’s raining a lot in th valley, so I’m going to make another cuppa and fart about on the internet, there’s no need to water the garden, I’m unwanted in the apartments we’re doing up by the real workers, so virtual entertainment it is.

One website I’ll be having a rumage in is leboncoin.fr, a sort of Gumtree/ Craigs List of loads of little ads, everything from second hand cookers to cars. It’s probably more use to people who live or regularly visit Serre Chevalier, but you can find second hand skis, and loads of apartments for sale or rent in and out of the ski season, usually direct from the owner.

Everything is in French, but it’s not that difficult to navigate, as it follows the template for similar sites quite closely.

It’s quite a helpful site and I’d recommend it to anyone interested in that sort of thing. Anyway, if you need me I’ll be in the bricolage/ garden section.
