If you were tempted by starting a business in Serre Chevalier with Gary and Penny’s offer of a huge slice of ‘Le Sporting’ complex in Villeneuve, I have good news. They got the place measured up properly and re-valued, so now it is €394,000 rather than €500,000 like we mentioned earlier. Even better, the surface area has now been measured as 400 sqm rather than the previously estimated 300 sqm.
I do appreciate that most people here are looking for cheap accommodation or to see what is happening in Serre Chevalier, but if this does appeal to you, please do get in touch.
