Situated a few minutes walk from the Ski lifts in Chantemerle and with mountain views to the rear, this studio sleeps up to four people, ideal for couples or families with one or two children.
The studio is located just 500m from the commercial centre where you will find a selection of ski/snowboard and boot hire shops, supermarket, local Dr’s surgery, bars, restaurants and other shops.
The main lifts are just next to the commercial centre, where there is a chair lift, bubble lift and a telecabine, this is also where you would buy your lift passes.
If you want to take a bus or taxi ride you can visit the Old Town of Briancon, where there are some lovely restaurants, shops and bars.

- Microwave, two ring hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker

- Parking to the front and rear of the block

- Ski lifts open in summer months for walking and cycling
- Bed linen supplied (you need to bring your own towels)

- Prices are quoted per week for the studio.
- Change over day during the winter is on a Saturday, however, this is negotiable at other times of the year and longer stays can be arranged.
- A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. Payment required by bank transfer only.
- Bookings for travel in less than 6 weeks are payable in full.
- A damage deposit of £150 is payable which will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the studio.
- For overseas clients (i.e. not from the UK) there is a £20 bank charge for the return of your deposit.
- The studio is strictly no smoking.
- Terms and conditions apply.
- Clients can either clean the studio themselves or pay the cleaning charge locally. If you opt to clean yourselves it must be left to a high standard, othewise the cleaning charge will be deducted from your deposit.
