Studio Apartment, Le Bois des Coqs, Serre Chevalier
Situated a few minutes walk from the Ski lifts in Chantemerle and with mountain views to the rear, this studio sleeps up to four people, ideal for couples or families with one or two children.
The studio is located just 500m from the commercial centre where you will find a selection of ski/snowboard and boot hire shops, supermarket, local Dr’s surgery, bars, restaurants and other shops.
The main lifts are just next to the commercial centre, where there is a chair lift, bubble lift and a telecabine, this is also where you would buy your lift passes.
If you want to take a bus or taxi ride you can visit the Old Town of Briancon, where there are some lovely restaurants, shops and bars.
- Two single Bunk Beds and comfortable Double Sofa Bed
- Equipped kitchenette area, with cutlery, crockery and utensils
- Microwave, two ring hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker
- Bathroom with a sit-in style bath and shower over
- TV and Playstation 2
- Parking to the front and rear of the block
- Ski locker room
- Games Room in block with Table Tennis tables (equipment not supplied)
- Bike storage room for summer cyclists
- English and French speaking local Manager
- Ski lifts open in summer months for walking and cycling
- Bed linen supplied (you need to bring your own towels)

- Prices are quoted per week, whether there is one person or four people occupying the studio.
- Change over day is generally on a Saturday, however, this is negotiable and longer stays can be arranged.
- A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
- Bookings for travel in less than 6 weeks are payable in full.
- A damage deposit of £150 is payable which will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the studio.
- The studio is strictly no smoking.
