Fog of bore
I don’t like to have to say this, but the weather is a bit embarrassing at the moment – come to amazing Serre Chevalier 300 days of lovely sunshine a year, I bought into it and now I’m as twisted as a school boy caught cheating at his exams.
I would like to appologise to my house, school and family for the foggy weather here, with a 96% humidity rate and fine patches of rain. Sure we’ve got Feb and March to look forward to, but we want the fine stuff here and we want it now. As it is we’re predicted to have some more snow over the next five days, almost daily and then towards the end of next week things are said to get back to normal ie the sun should be here by the 7th.
On a plus side the snow up there is “fraiche” which is the best grade you can get, it’s just the hurdle of visibility to clear. Once you’re up it’s fantastic, spoke to a couple of pistuers last night and they said they loved skiing on it, so there you have it.
The weather isn’t deterring the French, they’re here in their droves from all over – they have little codes on their number-plates so you can tell where they’re from.
So if it’s good for the goose come and have a gander.

It rained so hard that a big lump of ice fell off my roof and hit my satellite dish, so I better go outside in the bloody rain and point it back in the right direction.
