Serre Chevalier Ski Pass for 1 week
Graeme Rudgyard asked…
Could you tell me if you need a photo for the one week lift pass in serre or is everything electronic?
Dear Graeme, thanks for your enquiry, from the Serre Chevalier Guide 2008 it says’
"please note passes longer than 2 days require a passport photo",
The current price for a 6 day ski pass is 181€ for an adult and 140€ for a child a 7 day pass is 203€ for an adult and 157€ for a child.
If you need a passport photo there are 2 photo booths next to the Gèant Supermarket in Briancon and one at the Railway Station too.
If you're new here, you may want to stay current with this Serre Chevalier RSS feed, click this link and your browser should tell you what to do. Thanks for visiting!

There’s no need to worry about bringing any photograph. If you buy a ticket at any of the kiosks of the 4 main lift centres, Briancon Prorel, Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Monetier, your photograph is taken as you stand at the kiosk, and the lift card is printed very speedily with the photograph on it.
Thanks for that information, to be honest I’m kinda ‘on the system’ so If I take my old pass in from last year then my photo from 2001 seems to appear as if by magic. I haven’t got my pass yet this season, so I’m not quite sure if the system has changed or not since last year.
