Snow Conditions & Studio Apartment from £200/wk

Hi, Hope you had a great Christmas and are looking forward to a great New Year.

I have seen some rather grim stuff on UK and French TV about the state of the snow in Europe, so we thought we’d better put you straight. It isn’t too good, but guess what: Serre Chevalier is one of the better places to be in Europe for skiing!

My wife has written about this in the Serre Chevalier Blog which is
here:

Also my friend Carole has some availability for her studio flat in Serre Chevalier 1350.

She says, “Are you still looking for somewhere to go for your ski or snowboard holiday?

Why not try out Serre Chevalier? Known as ‘Grand Serre Ché’ it offers an extensive area for skiers and boarders alike, including a half pipe and new snow park. Serre Chevalier has spectacular mountain scenery and beautiful runs through France’s biggest larch forest.

Recently acquired by an English owner, this self catering studio is situated just a few minutes walk from the Ski Station in Chantemerle and sleeps up to four people. There is an equipped kitchenette area, with microwave, two ring hob, fridge and kettle.
The bathroom has a sit-in style bath with shower.

Contact Carole Ward at carole.studio[at]tesco.net or 07976 874185.

Dates still available for this season:

Between 5th and 28th January at £250 per week Between 18th and 25th February at £300 per week From 21st March onwards at £250 per week All of April at £200 per week

Prices are per week, whether there is one person or four people staying!
Book for January before 31st December and you can have a week for just £200!”

The apartment is now added to the site here:

Once again, have a great New Year
